Live Interview with Scott Fitzgerald (United Kingdom 1988): Radio International - The Ultimate Eurovision Experience is extremely delighted to have one of the finest singers and persons on the show this week in the Interview Hour. Scott Fitzgerald represented the United Kingdom at the Eurovision Song Contest 1988 almost winning the contest if it would not have been for Celine Dion representing and winning for Switzerland. The United Kingdom came second with just one point difference to Switzerland, so Scott was missing two points for the victory back in 1988. The United Kingdom entry performed by Scott Fitzgerald was entitled "Go". But already before Eurovision 1988 Scott Fitzgerald teamed up with Yvonne Keeley on a Top 3 hit in the United Kingdom music charts called "If I had words" which was used for the move "Babe". Scott also re-recorded his 1988 Eurovision entry "Go" and released a nice album entitled "The Wind beneath my wings".
