Meet the Eurostars 2025: After the National Final Season to the Eurovision Song Contest 2025 the PreParty Season started which serves as a promotion tour for the delegations taking part and fans have the chance to see the Eurovision Stars at those events and even have their Meets and Greets with the artists that will perform on the stage of the Eurovision Song Contest. There was Eurovision in Concert in Amsterdam, The Madrid PreParty ES, the London Eurovision Party and Manc - Hagen in Manchester just to mention a few. The voices of Radio International have been at those parties and interviewed many of the artist and you can hear those interviews on the show in the run up to the Eurovision Song Contest 2025.

 

 

 

Revealing the International Jury Results for the Eurovision Song Contest 2025 - Semi Final 1: After the National Final Season it is a tradition that the Team of Radio International, selected fans of the Eurovision Song Contest and Experts are voting for the songs that are competing at the Eurovision Song Contest 2025 per Semi Final 1, Semi Final 2 and the Grand Final Songs. This week Radio International will be broadcasting the result of that voting on the show this week revealing how the Jury voted. Also there are still some interviews with the Eurostars 2025 that are competing in Semi Final 1 of the Eurovision Song Contest 2025 which will be broadcast along with the results of the voting.

Meet the Eurostars 2025 - Interview with Skodra Eletronike (Albania 2025): Following Besa who represented Albania at the Eurovision Song Contest 2024 is Skodra Eletronike who will perform the song "Zjerm" at the Eurovision Song Contest 2025 in Semi Final 1 Song Number 12. Meet the Eurostars 2025 - Interview with Mamagama (Azerbaijan 2025): The entry from Azerbaijan at the Eurovision Song Contest 2025 is the group Mamagama who will perform the song "Run with u" in Semi Final 1 Song Number 10. Radio International's Salman met and interviewed the group at the Eurovision in Concert 2025 in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.

 

Red Sebastian (Belgium 2025) at the Madrid PreParty 2025

Meet the Eurostars 2025 - Interview with Red Sebastian (Belgium 2025): The Winner of Eurosong 2025 in Belgium is Seppe Guido Yvonne Herreman alias Red Sebastian. He will represent Belgium at the Eurovision Song Contest 2025 in Basel in Semi Final 1 Song Number 9 with the song "Strobe Lights". Radio International's JP, Marc and Alexander met the singer at the Madrid PreParty and conducted an interview with the Man in Red you can hear on the show this week.

Meet the Eurostars 2025 - Interview with Marco Boṣ̌nijak (Croatia 2025):  Following in the footsteps of Baby Lasagna as Croatia's musical ambassador to Eurovision 2025 is Marko Bosnijak.  Radio International had the pleasure to meet Marko at the Madrid PreParty 2025 at the Turquoise Carpet event Marko will represent Croatia at the Eurovision Song Contest 2025 with the song "Poison Cake" in Semi Final 1 Song Number 14 and the longer interview with Marko was broadcast on Radio International already last week.

Meet the Eurostars 2025 - Interview with Tommy Cash (Estonia 2025): The Winner of the national final in Estonia Eesti Laul 2025 is Tammemets alias Tommy Cash and will be representing Estonia at the Eurovision Song Contest 2025 in Basel in Semi Final 1 Song 4. The song is called "Espresso Macchiato". Radio International's Salman met Tommy Cash at Eurovision in Concert in Amsterdam earlier on in April for interviewed the singer. Meet the Eurostars 2025 - Interview with VÆB (Iceland 2025): Salman further met and interviewed  the Winners of Söngvakeppnin 2025 at the London Eurovision Party. Söngvakeppnin is the national final over in Iceland. Brothers Hálfdán Helgi and Matthías Davíð collectively known as Væb will be opening up the Eurovision Song Contest 2025 in Semi Final 1 Song Number 1 with the song "Róa". Meet the Eurostars 2025 - Interview with Gabry Ponte (San Marino 2025): Eiffel 65 had a mega hit in 1999 called "Blue". The genius behind that was Gabry Ponte who this year will be representing San Marino at the Eurovision Song Contest 2025 with the song "Tutta l'Italy" in Semi Final 1 Song Number 11. It is actually the theme tune of Italy's prestiges San Remo Song Festival 2025. Salman met the singer at the London Eurovision Party whereas JP met the musician at Eurovision in Concert in Amsterdam. Klemen (Slovenia 2025) with JP at Madrid PreParty 2025

Meet the Eurostars 2025 - Interview with Klemen (Slovenia 2025): No only comedian and show host but he is also a great singer. Klemen hosted Slovenia's EMA previously but this year he took part in it as a singer and won the Slovenian National Final with the song "How much time do we have left" a song wirtten based on a true life story. JP, Marc and Alexander met Klemen at the Madrid PreParty 2025 at the Turquoise Carpet for a chat Radio International shares on the show this week.

 

 

KAJ (Sweden 2025) at Madrid PreParty 2025

Meet the Eurostars 2025 - Interview with KAJ (Sweden 2025): The betting odds are saying that Sweden will be winning the Eurovision Song Contest 2025 with KAJ and their Sauna song 'Bara Bada Bastu" which will compete in Semi Final 1 Song Number 6. KAJ are Kevin, Axel and Jakob from the Swedish part of Finland and won Melodifestivalen 2025 in Sweden by a mile, in fact, the highest number of votes every received in the history of Melodifestivalen. The very sympathetic trio chatted with Salman at the London Eurovision Party but also with JP, Marc and Alexander at the Madrid PreParty 2025. Listen to both clips on the show this week. 

 

 

The Eurovision Spotlight:  In view of the Eurovision Song Contest 2025 will be hosted by Switzerland, Ross will be doing a special on the Eurovision Spotlight this week looking back at the year when Switzerland last hosted the Eurovision Song Contest which was in 1989. Ross picked some songs from that particular year and that is just a taster as when we come back home after the Eurovision Song Contest 2025 Radio International will devote one hour to this particular Eurovision Song Contest from 1989 as Ross will present a Eurovision Spotlight XXL focusing on 1989.

Go-Jo (Australia 2025) with JP at the MadridPreParty 2025

Interview with Go-Jo (Australia 2025):  JP, Marc and Alexander also met and interviewed Australia's tenth Eurovision entrant Go-Jo alias Marty Zambotto at the Madrid PreParty 2025. Go-Jo follows in the footsteps of Electric Fields who performed  "One Milkali (One Blood)" at the Eurovision Song Contest 2024. Go-Jo's entry is called "Milkshake Man" and will represent Australia as the opening act of Semi Final 2. There will also be a short interview clip that JP did with Go-Jo at the Madrid PreParty 2025.

 

 

 

 

 

VAEB (Iceland 2025) with JP at Madrid PreParty 2025

Interview with VAEB (Iceland 2025): The funniest interview that JP, Marc and Alexander did in this season is the interview with the two brothers from Iceland called VAEB who will be singing the song "RÓA" kick-starting the Eurovision Song Contest 2025 in Semi Final 1, Song Number 1. The interview was done at the Madrid PreParty.

Erika Vikman (Finland 2025)

 

Interview with Erika Vikman (Finland 2025): The Winner of the National Final 2025 in Finland called UMK (Uuden Musiikin Kilpailu) is Erika Vikman who will represent Finland at the Eurovision Song Contest 2025 in Basel with the song sang party in German called "Ich komme" and will be in Semi Final 2 Song Number 16 closing out the Semi Final 2. Radio International's Salman had the pleasure to meet and interview Erika at the Finish Embassy in Berlin last week. Erika has previously taken part in UMK with the song "Cicciolina" coming second in UMK 2020. Enjoy the interview with Erika and Salman on the show this week.

Interview with JJ (Austria 2025):  Representing Austria at the Eurovision Song Contest 2025 is JJ who will perform the song "Wasted Love" in Semi Final 2 Song Number 6. He was nominated by Austrian Broadcaster ORF and as present is one of the favouirtes to win the Eurovision Song Contest 2025. Radio International's Salman met JJ at the London Eurovision Party 2025 and had the pleasure of an interview which you can hear on the show this week.

Interview with Klemen (Slovenia 2025):  The Winner of the Slovenian National Final EMA 2025 is Klemen who is a Show Host, Comedian and Singer in Slovenia. He previoulsy hosted EMA and this year took part as a contestant winning EMA and with that represents Slovenia at the Eurovision Song Contest 2025 in Semi Final 1 Song Number 3 with the song "How much time do we have left" he wrote based on a true story. Radio International met Klemen at the Madrid PreParty 2025.

 

 

Justyna (Poland 2025) at the London Eurovision Party 2025

 

 

 

Interview with Justyna Maria Steczkowska (Poland 2025):  Eurovision Veteran Justyna Maria Steczkowska participates again. Already in 1995 she represented Poland at the Eurovision Song Contest  with the song "Sama" coming 18th. In 2025 she entered the song "Gaja" into the Polish National Final winning it and with that represents Poland at the Eurovision Song Contest 2025 in Basel in Semi Final 1 Song Number 2. Interview with Marko Bosnijak (Croatia 2025): Following in the footsteps of Baby Lasagna as Croatia's musical ambassador to Eurovision 2025 is Marko Bosnijak.  Radio International had the pleasure to meet Marko at the Madrid PreParty 2025 during the meeting with the Media event. Marko will represent Croatia at the Eurovision Song Contest 2025 with the song "Poison Cake" in Semi Final 1 Song Number 14.
